Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days but can take up to 12 business days on busier weeks, and THEN your order will ship.

Where is my order?

All shipping inquires need to be directed to Route or USPS. Please do NOT email regarding your order until 12 business days have passed.

RETURN POLICY HERE ( no returns or exchanges at this time )

Orders will be processed within 12 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. ( this means I have up to 12 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ) After that you can check tracking on your email for confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We offer cancellations within 1 hour of your placed order.

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

*Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude national holidays.

What size am I? How do I care for my apparel?

Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! Maddie Green Designs Tees and Crewnecks are preshrunk and unisex for a cozy fit.

Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instruction! We are not responsible for incorrect washing.
