We offer a 100% guarantee that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to fix it. We also offer replacement at no charge for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Return Policy: We are a small business who hand prints all of our items. Due to the made to order nature of our company, we do not accept returns.

If your order is received damaged, please make sure you contact us and provide us a photo within 3 business days after the order is delivered so we can send you a replacement at no charge. 

Broken Mugs or Glasses: Although we take great precautions packaging each order, breakage can still happen during transit. We will provide replacement orders for any orders damaged in transit. (Replacement orders will be processed within our normal time frame plus ground shipping time.)  We will require to be notified within 3 days of delivery with proof of any damage or breakage reported, so please include images of the damaged item. Refunds will not be provided only replacements. 

Damaged item or issues with print: We try our best to inspect & make sure items are correct. If you receive a product  that is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in bad quality, please contact us within 3 days of your order being received and attach photos of the errors. We will reveiw the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. refunds for damaged items will not be provided only replacements. You have 3 days from the item being received to contact us,  request received after cannot be processed

Oh no you received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange for an incorrect product. You must contact us within 3-5 days of when the item is delivered by the carrier.  Please email us at michele.a.shop@gmail.com with your order number and picture of the wrong item.
